FAQ for Sales

Return Policy

Apex offers a 30-day return policy on most products. Simply bring the product in, un-used, with a copy of your receipt, and we'll issue a refund. 

The few items we do not accept 30-day refunds on are based on the manufacturers decision. Festool drill bits, for example, most saw rails and stands, and sand paper are generally not eligible for return. Feel free to ask our friendly staff if you have any questions. 

I used this but it broke. What do I do?

Where we strive to purchase quality products with good engineering every now and then quanlity control simply doesnt hold up. Feel free to bring your product to us within 30-days of purchase with a copy of the receipt and we'll see if we can get the manufacturer to replace it. or get you a refund. 

Clothing and Personal Protect Equipment is not eligible for 30 or warranty return if been used or worn, even once. 

Does Apex have an online store?

At the moment all sales are in-store at our 570 Kietzke Lane location. We hope to have an online e-commerce platform up and running by 2026.

Im in another state but you sell machines and blades I want. Do you drop ship?

Yes! We drop ship! If you are interested in purchasing a Sawstop, Jet, Powermatic, or blades from us we are happy to work with you! We partner with company's like XPO to freight major tools across the country. Please contact info@apexsawtool.com or fill out the form on this website for any inquires. 

Do you offer credit?

We offer what is called a Net 30 to company's and individuals interested in paying through invoicing. We'll send you a credit application to fill out and once complete we can create a signers list so your staff has approval to charge your account for the tools and accessories they need to get the project done. 

At this time we do not offer any other form of credit or lending, though we hope to by 2025. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, and all major Credit Cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

We do not at this time accept any form of apple pay, tap-pay, or google wallet.
