Warranty's

We understand that life happens. Be it that you were standing on a ladder and your drill fell, ya accidently tried to cut something too hard or, in rare instances, the tool was assembled incorrectly and never really worked from the start – we are here to support you!

As a certified service center we are authorized to send your tools still under warranty back to the manufacturer for inspection, repair, or replacement, free of charge!

Just bring in a proof of purchase and we’ll get you set! 

Warranty Periods

Most tools come stamped with a Date Code or MFG (Manufacturing Date) which determines when the tool was made. If you don’t have a receipt or proof of purchase (POP), the manufacturer will rely on this code to determine the warranty (which may be well before you purchased it). Warranty’s go into effect from the time of purchase, or by the date code if no receipt is available.  

Stanley Black and Decker / DeWalt1 year with POP. Batteries are covered under 3 year with POP – Need MFG (manufacturing date).

Milwaukee / Stiletto5 year for tool – 1 year for radio – with POP

Makita1 year with POP – 3 year for some items – Need MFG (manufacturing date)

FestoolEnd Customer Responsibility – any warranty must be filed directly by the customer. EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE TOOL ITSELF IS AN ACCESSORY AND NOT COVERED – THIS INCLUDES RAILS AND BITS!!!!

Sawstop – End Customer Responsibility – any warranty must be filed directly by the customer.

StabilaEnd Customer Responsibility – any warranty must be filed directly by the customer.

JPW – Jet/ Powermatic/ Wilton1 year with POP – some items may fall under 3 or 5 year warranty

Rolair1 year with POP – unusual to deal with warranty’s- check with a manager

Chevron / Skilsaw / Skil1 year with POP – 5 year if registered within 30-days for corded – if not registered 3 year with POP.

Bosch1 year with POP or 2 year if registered

Senco1 year with POP  – Senco Batteries – 1 year with POP

Koki/ Metabo/ Hitachi1 to 5 years with POP depending on type of tool

Fein1 year with POP or 3 year with registration

Fluke/ PLS3 year from manufacturer date or POP

Spectra Precision5 year with POP

Woodstock / Shopfox/ Roman Carbide2 year for tool – 90 day for consumable -1 year for part – with POP – STOP – must call lead service tech while customer is there: Andrew – 1-800-840-8420 x 2  – We will only repair tool with explicit permission from Andrew.

Big Foot1 year with POP – Preferred End Customer Responsibility – though if we accept a warranty tool with warranty card we’ll ship out to Big Foot for repair.

Freud/ Diablo1 year with POP
